The City of Greenfield issues invoices to individuals or companies for fees incurred or for extra city services provided to an individual or property.
You may pay an invoice in person at City Hall, 7325 W. Forest Home Avenue in room 103, using our drop box outside our office at City Hall, by mail, or online by clicking the following link: AccessMyGov.com. Online payments require a customer or invoice number including all 0’s to be processed.
Payments by cash are only accepted in person. Paper checks may be mailed, placed in the drop box, or brought into our office. Credit cards, debit cards, and electronic checks are accepted online or in person with convenience fees added for using these services. Payments by credit cards are assessed an extra $2 or 2.5% (whichever is greater). Debit card processing is $ 3.95. All electronic checks authorized for up to $ 10,000 are charged $ 1.50.
